Upl.co Terms and Conditions

By using this site you acknowledge our disclaimer: The administrators of this website (Upl.co), hereafter referred to as "us" or "we", are not responsible for the content, quality or function of any uploads made by the users of the site. Whilst we aim to provide an impartial service in creating an open platform for storing and sharing all kinds of digital data, we explicitly do not condone using it for any illegal purposes.

In particular, prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

  • Incitement to racial or national hatred or persecution
  • Child pornography
  • Warez and pirated software
  • Incitement to violence
  • Affront to human dignity
  • Other materials clearly copyrighted by a third party

If you find public uploads which violate any of these points, please report them to us with the report flag or through the contact form.

Adult material must be marked with the respective "adult" flag (and thus automatically made private), or it will be deleted. While we do not impose any further apriori restrictions on the content that you can upload and store, it is in your responsibility that you do not violate the laws of your country and the rights of others. If we are made aware of such, we may be forced to delete your uploads and potentially block your IP address from using the site.

This service is, at this time, free and noncommercial, and we will not be held accountable for any service, products, or material which you deem to be unsatisfactory. Be aware that during the beta phase downtimes and potentially data loss may occur. We recommend to backup the files and galleries you consider important locally using the download feature.

Should you spot an error on our part due to a site having suddenly changed then we would be pleased to hear from you - our contact details can be found in the Contact Us section.
